While there are many programs that cover the areas of leadership development and talent management, few examine the specifics of what it takes to actually create more diversity in the leadership ranks.
This Workshop will take participants through the major steps of creating a Strategic Initiative for their organization’s diversity pipeline. The full program is designed to create a roadmap so that organizations can take corrective actions and remove barriers to greater diversity in their leadership ranks. The resulting individualized roadmap will analyze the internal processes that contribute to the existence of Glass Ceilings and explore change mechanisms. The workshop will outline the components of a leadership program to further enhance the competencies of potential leaders and their current management.
